1. Who Processes Payments and Refunds
ChronicleVTT payments are processed by our payment provider, who handles billing and taxes. Refund requests are managed by Chronicle Games Ltd.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
To request a refund within this period, email us at contact@chroniclegames.co.uk with your order details.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation request.
3. Exception for Digital Content
If you have downloaded, streamed, or otherwise begun accessing the digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access has begun. By using ChronicleVTT after purchase, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge this exception.
4. Subscriptions
For subscription plans, the 14-day refund right applies to your initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. To cancel a subscription, contact us at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Your Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including rights relating to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in account suspension until the issue is resolved.
