1. Who Processes Payments and Refunds

All ChronicleVTT payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. This means you purchase the Product from Paddle, who handles billing, taxes, and refunds. Paddle's refund policy applies to all purchases.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation request.

3. Exception for Digital Content

If you have downloaded, streamed, or otherwise begun accessing the digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access has begun. By using ChronicleVTT after purchase, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge this exception.

4. Subscriptions

For subscription plans, the 14-day refund right applies to your initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. To cancel a subscription, contact Paddle support at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Please contact Paddle support or us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in account suspension until the issue is resolved.
